42 minute Yin Yoga to Rest and Reflect

Yin Yoga targets the bodies connective tissue, we will hold postures anywhere between 2-5 minutes to slowly create space and relax the body. As we hold these postures we find focus with the breath to calm the mind and relax the nervous system. You might like to grab yourself some blankets and pillows, if you have blocks and a bolster they are always welcome.
