  • Wall Yin Yoga

    Wall Yin Yoga is a practice that utilises a wall to support and deepen Yin yoga poses, offering a more gentle and accessible approach to stretching and releasing tension in the body.

  • Full body Yin Yoga 60 minutes

    A 60 min Yin practice opening and relaxing the entire body. You will need two yoga blocks (or something similar), a bolster or a pillow and anything else to make yourself comfortable.

  • Yin Yoga for Digestion

    A Yin Yoga practice focused on aiding digestion. Lots of twists and compression of the digestive organs.

  • Yin for the Lower body

    Focusing on the hips, hamstrings and lower back, find space and ease in the body and mind during this 60 minute Yin practice.
