This class focuses on creating space in the outer hips. Stretching hip abductors, the muscles that move your leg away from the midline of your body, is important to prevent injury, offer pain relief, and improve mobility. Tight hip abductors can contribute to knee pain, groin problems, and limited range of motion. By strengthening and stretching these muscles we can help alleviate issues and improve overall movement.
