7 Day Healthy Hips and Hammies Challenge
The hips and hamstrings are integral to our daily movements throughout our lives yet can often cause us issues
Healthy hips and hammies are crucial for avoiding hip, knee, and lower back problems. In this 7 day challenge we will use:
-traditional Yoga postures
-mobility work & strengthening
-long held stretches
to effectively ease tightness as well as create strength and stability, so you can fully utilize your hips and hamstrings on and off the mat.

Day 1 Healthy Hips and Hammies- Hip Flexors

Day 6 Healthy Hips and Hammies - Lower body strengthener
In day 6 we focus on moving with strength and stability to find space and ease in the lower body. Strong glutes help with hip stability, while strong legs, including the hamstrings, contribute to knee stability and balance.

In the final day of the challenge we slow it down and move mindfully with the breath, as well as hold postures.
