  • Day 1 Upper Body Opener Challenge - Checking in

    On day 1 Becca guides you slowly to bring awareness into the upper body to create space and notice any areas that need any extra care. Grab two blocks (or anything resembling blocks) to support your practice.

  • Day 2 Upper Body Opener Challenge - Shoulder Mobility

    Mobility helps us move with ease during every day tasks like reaching something from a shelf or getting dressed. Day two focuses on creating strength and stability in the upper body so we can move with more ease and openness, you will need a block and Yoga strap.

  • Day 3 Upper Body Challenge - Exploring the Front Body

    Learning to open the front body will allow freedom and strength in the entire upper body.     A practice doesn't have to be long to be effective, this practice takes place seated and lying down. These simple yet effective movements will leave your spine feeling aligned and your mind calm. You might like a block or a pillow.

  • Day 5 Upper Body Opening Challenge - Vinyasa Flow

    This vinyasa flow brings together what we have learnt so far as we move through front body opening āsana in a moving meditation. You will need two blocks.
