On day one we focus on mobility and opening the hip flexor. Our hip flexors connect the front of your pelvis to the front of the thigh (includes the psoas which connects to the spine). They enable movement of bending the hip joint, bringing knees to chest, movement we do everyday. They can get tight or short from overuse or being seated for long periods.
